Indian batters find themselves in a tough spot

The team didn’t execute its plans as desired, but we are currently in a transition phase, exploring various combinations for the upcoming World Cup next year,” reassured Rajib Datta, the bowling coach. India faced a concerning issue with 19 wides bowled in the series opener, and it’s an area that needs attention. Datta acknowledged the extras as a problem but attributed it to the players’ return to the field after a gap of four months. He expressed confidence in the team’s ability to rectify the issue.
